This is the bag page of the China spreadsheet: 79 bags with photos and links for four agents. Bags are judged on material, hardware and symmetry, all of which QC photos show well — so ask for the angles you care about before the parcel leaves the warehouse.

What to check in the QC photos of bags

Your agent photographs the item when it reaches the warehouse. This is the moment a problem is still cheap to fix. What QC means

  • Pattern alignment

On monogram or printed canvas, look at how the pattern meets at the seams and how it is centred on each panel.

  • Hardware

Zips, rings and clasps: even plating, crisp engraving, smooth movement.

  • Stitching and edges

Even stitch count along the handles and straps, clean edge paint without drips.

  • Shape and structure

Photographed standing, a bag should hold its shape. Ask for a photo standing up if it is only shown flat.

Shipping bags

Structured bags keep their volume in the parcel. Stuffing a bag with soft items from the same order is a common way to use the space you are paying for anyway.

FAQ

Bags: questions people ask

Do bags ship with dust bags?

Often, if the listing includes them. Check the QC photos, and decide whether extra packaging is worth its volume.

Can a bag be damaged in shipping?

Structured bags can crease if packed flat. Ask your agent to pack it with its shape filled out — many offer extra protection.

How do I compare two listings of the same bag?

Compare the QC photos side by side: pattern placement, hardware and stitching. The cheaper listing is not always the weaker one.
